Inspired by the uninhabited opulence and love stories of rural India, JALSA - The Coal Bar promises gourmet diners an experience like never before. The restaurant brings to Mumbai the passion and palate of genuine Indian Cuisine. The Restaurant, transports from the present to the opulent era of rural Indian Dhabas, authentic décor, the typisch “Katya” rustic benches, stools, and the theme design on the cushions to the curtains is a straight lift off from a village film set. VITS Mumbai welcomes one and all to enjoy its new concept JALSA - The Coal Bar with beats and tunes from In House DJ and chefs special coal (Koyla) cuisine, serving Kebabs, Biriyanis and authentic Dhabha Food in absolutely clean surroundings. The Jalsa is a sophisticated Local themed bar and restaurant with rustic settings, chef’s specialty cuisine, best cocktails and drinks/ beverages from the bar, DJ music(very best of Bollywood music) that will prompt you to dance to the Dhaba dance floor. JALSA - The Coal Bar has the fine touches of local style furnishing with Charpai, Gaddi Mora in different sections tucked away at the bar. Quench your thirsts with homemade Chaas in coolads and savour Chefs delicacies, wash it down with a variety of Cocktails and Mocktails from the bar. Average cost per couple food & drinks Rs.1200 / - To complete the all round rustic décor the service staff will be attired in fusion attire Kurta with waistcoat, jeans and mojris) , many of them will showcase the rural welcoming of the guests and will make one feel at home, catering with a wide variety of charcoal delicacies, barbeque, cocktails & mock tails.
