| What is an RFP? |
| RFP stands for "request for proposal." Our easy-to-use online process lets you specify your event and meeting requirements, then find hotels that match your needs and submit your request directly to them. |
| How many steps are involved in the RFP process? |
There are just three simple steps:
|
| Can I use the RFP to reserve a block of guest rooms (for overnight guests) even if I'm not hosting my event at the hotel? |
Yes. On the first page of the RFP process, make sure to fill out the section entitled "Sleeping Room Needs." Then simply select "No" for any questions about meeting/event room needs. After you select hotels, you'll be able to enter more details about your guest room needs (room types, numbers, etc.). Submit your RFP to your selected hotels, and sales associates at the individual hotels will contact you directly with responses to your request.
|
| What if I don't have answers to all the questions in the RFP? Can I still submit it and get proposals back? |
Certainly. However, the more questions you can answer, the more suited the list of matching hotels generated will be to your needs-and the more precise the hotels' proposals will be. So try to provide as much information as you can. |
