What is VITS Privilege?
VITS Privilege is a distinctive loyalty Program wherein Members can earn Points for stays at VITS Hotels and spend at participating VITS outlets through a common membership card, facilitating faster accumulation of Points. These points are redeemable for a host of rewards.

How do I enroll on to the VITS Privilege Program?
Approach a Reception at any participating VITS Hotel during your visit or stay informing them of your desire to enroll onto VITS Privilege.

How much does it cost to join VITS Privilege Program?
VITS Privilege is free. Just enroll yourself at participating VITS Hotel to join the program.

How do I earn points?
You can start earning Points on 'Eligible Spends' once your membership has become active.

How many points do I earn when I stay at a participating hotel?
Members earn 5% Points on their Eligible Spends (i.e – Before GST & After Availing discounts).

What are 'Eligible Spends' ?
'Eligible Spends' at VITS Hotels comprise of the following expenses billed to your room
  • Room
  • F&B
Points will be calculated on the total bill value excluding taxes.

What should I do to earn Points?
While making a reservation at participating VITS Hotels, quote your membership number and present your membership card during check-in. Points will be credited to your account.

What are the benefits of VITS Privilege?
VITS Privilege allows you access to a wide range of benefits, including Welcome Reward Points, Earning Points on each transaction, exclusive Member Rates, Dining discounts on Birthdays & Anniversaries, Availing Free Dinner & Stay in exchange of your reward points.

How many points are required before I start redeeming them?
A member needs a minimum of 500 points before one could start redeeming his/her points.

How do I ensure I get my Points for any given transaction?
Always be sure to provide your Membership Card when you make a transaction or when you check in to the hotel. Members receive a text message for their each transaction at VITS Hotels.

I was not credited for points I earned from a past stay?
If you do not see points credited from a past transaction, please write an email at

I have lost my membership card?
Firstly inform the Member Support to block your lost/stolen card and get a new card issued at any of the participating VITS Hotel.
