RFP stands for "request for proposal." How many steps are involved in the RFP process? There are just three simple steps: Provide your requirements (including contact info, dates, attendee numbers, and other event needs) Select hotels from the list of recommended ones presented Review and submit your RFP to all selected hotels You'll get an immediate on-screen confirmation that your RFP has been submitted, and within one business day, sales associates at the individual hotels (or a global sales associate) will contact you directly with responses to your request. On the first page of the RFP process, make sure to fill out the section entitled "Sleeping Room Needs." Then simply select "No" for any questions about meeting/event room needs. After you select hotels, you'll be able to enter more details about your guest room needs (room types, numbers, etc.). Submit your RFP to your selected hotels, and sales associates at the individual hotels will contact you directly with responses to your request.
