It is a 1-year virtual membership by VITS Hotels & Resorts, available in two tiers—Privilege at ₹4,700 and Elite at ₹8,999—designed to provide stay, dining, beverage, celebration, spa, pool, renewal and referral benefits. Privilege is your gateway to VITS privileges; Elite is the complete VITS luxury experience.
Both tiers share the same core dining, beverage, banquet, spa and pool privileges. Elite adds flexibility and comfort on top: its 3 complimentary nights can be used at any participating property on any day of the week, with breakfast every morning and dinner on the first night, birthdays and anniversaries come with a cake and a 750 ml bottle of wine, and room upgrades are ₹499 instead of ₹599. Privilege stays are on a room-only plan at fixed destination pairs, with Sunday to Thursday check-ins.
The membership benefits are applicable only at listed properties, namely Jamnagar, Daman, Silvassa, Lonavala and Pune.
This is a virtual membership, linked to the original purchaser's name, phone number and ID. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in or redemption.
Both tiers include 3 complimentary nights for 2 adults and 1 child up to 6 years, subject to availability. Privilege members get 1 night each at Daman–Silvassa, Lonavala–Pune and Jamnagar, on a room-only (EP) plan, for check-ins Sunday to Thursday. Elite members can use all 3 nights at any participating property on any day of the week, with breakfast every morning and dinner on the first night.

No, membership benefits cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discounting platform. Only one offer can be applied at a time, as per the applicable terms and conditions.
Yes. Complimentary stays and room bookings need minimum 7 days advance booking, banquet celebrations need 15 days (30 days for grand banquets of 150–180 pax), spa passes need 3 days prior booking, and pool access needs prior booking at least 1 day in advance. Blackout dates apply on festive seasons, public holidays and special events.

Terms & Conditions

No. The membership is non-transferable and linked to the original purchaser's name, phone number and ID, and only one active membership is allowed per person. It is also non-refundable—there is no cash refund for any part of the validity period, and unused benefits, coupons or passes have no cash value and cannot be extended beyond the membership term.
Your membership number together with a photo of a government-issued ID (Aadhaar card) at check-in or at the time of redemption, matching the membership name. Coupons and passes must be used by the member or a registered guest, and our team must be informed before billing.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Complimentary and voucher stays are in a Standard or Deluxe room for a maximum of 2 guests, with children up to 6 years staying free. Upgrades to the next category are ₹599 for Privilege and ₹499 for Elite members, subject to availability. Any additional taxes, upgrades or incidental expenses are chargeable.
Complimentary stay bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. A cancellation within 48 hours is treated as a late cancellation, and in case of late cancellation or no-show the complimentary stay benefit is forfeited and the voucher is treated as utilised. Banquet bookings carry a 50% refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the event, and no refund within 7 days.
Blackout dates apply during festive seasons, public holidays and special events—the current list is available on this website or at the front desk. Banquet celebration offers are additionally not valid on major festivals such as New Year, Diwali and Christmas. Presidential suites and special event rates are excluded, and room benefits apply to the Best Available Rate on a room-only (EP) plan, not to CP, MAP, AP or all-inclusive rates.
All benefits are subject to availability and cannot be clubbed with any other offer, and two offers cannot be combined on the same banquet booking. All discounts are subject to applicable GST and taxes. Banquet bookings include up to 5 hours of hall usage with no outside catering; additional hours, guests beyond the booked count and special decoration are chargeable. The hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any benefit with a minimum of 7 days' notice, and to terminate a membership without refund in cases of fraud, misuse, misconduct or duplicate purchase. Members are responsible for any damage to rooms or facilities during their stay. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
